2. Products & Handmade Variation

All ceramics are handmade.
This means:

  • small variations in shape, size, glaze, or texture are normal

  • product photos represent the style and tone but each piece is unique

  • custom-made items may vary from prototypes

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders

When you place an order:

  • you agree that all information provided is accurate

  • you authorize the charging of the payment method supplied

  • you understand that orders are only confirmed once payment is received

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability or suspected misuse.

4.Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless indicated otherwise.
International checkout automatically converts prices or allows alternative currencies where enabled.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain at the price you paid.

 

5.Payments

Supported payment methods may include:

  • PayPal

  • Yoco

  • EFT (South Africa)

Your payment details are processed securely by these third-party providers.

Shipping is via local couriers. Delivery times vary based on location.

International

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • border delays

These are the responsibility of the customer.

7.Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • safely packaged

Custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.

If an item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos so that I can assist.

8. Workshop & Class Terms (if applicable)

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before: refund or credit

  • Less than 7 days: non-refundable (spots are limited)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — images, text, designs, and artwork — is owned by Eylene Clifford Ceramics and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

While I take great care with packing, website security, and accuracy of information, I cannot guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation

  • exact color accuracy across screens

  • zero delays in delivery

I am not liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of this website or purchased products.

When visitors leave comments, the data shown in the comments form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at Automattic.

After approval, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

2.3 Media

If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract that information.
